If you lose or misplace your device, storage access or services, your information will always be available and fully secured.

Do I need to sign up to use this Life2B Platform, and when can I begin using it?

Yes, Life2B needs to ensure the Personal Secure Media Platform is kept safe and secure all times, therefore registration is required to use the Life2B Platform. Once you have signed up and become a “life-user” you can begin immediately and start building your Timeline moments.

Please note: Your “life-users information or data” is significant to us, we are committed to continued assessment and assurances to drive our methodologies, including more interactive add-ons that will be easy to use and add value to your Life2B journey.

Can my parent(s) or someone not experienced with digital or social media use this platform?

Certainly, we at Life2B appreciate that not everyone has used digital devices or social media before, so we deliberately designed our platform to be easy and user friendly for everyone, regardless of age and or digital media experience. All anyone needs, is an active and compatible smart phone, and you’re ready to start your Life2B journey. We have created quick “How-To” learning session too, located here. This enables our life-users to get started quickly and easily within minutes.

So, what are the Life2B special features?

Customised timeline captures

• You can add up to 10 items to any timeline moment.
• You can Search within the Timeline by Title, Date Range, Event Names.
• You can add your own comments to a Timeline moment via Text, Video or Voice.
• All Timelines will indicate if your moments have been captured in Cloud platform.
• Each Timeline will have a Title, Time, and Date including an option for an image/photo to be seen.
• Timeline capture ‘Backdate’ from the present day to 1700s. This allows you to capture the stories/history of your ancestors for future generations to enjoy.

Quarantine file “Safeguard”

• We acknowledge our life-users at one time or another may experience emotional moments where decisions to remove or edit timelines are reactionary. To cater for these moments in life and allow a cooling off period, we have provided our life-users with a Quarantine File System.
• This a holding area for Timeline moments for a period of 365 days.
• At any time during this period the user has the option to permanently remove/delete items or transition the back into their timeline.

Guardianship “Caretaker”

• We all plan our lives to be as predictable as possible. At Life2B we provide a ‘duty of care’ for our life-users to ensure their wishes are respectfully adhered to post the investment of a lifetime with Life2B.
• • Post registering, each life-user will receive a personal notice providing them with an outline of the Guardianship process and a questionnaire that they are required to complete.
  • Life2B will default as the life-users assigned ‘Guardian’ until the life-user assigns their own person(s) or company to manage to their account in the event their life takes an unexpected turn.
• Our Timeline currently provides a foundation platform for on boarding our life-users, allowing them to start building their Timeline. This enables the user to create a legacy to pass on to their families and or friends, post their lifetime.

How can I share with Life2B Timeline moments with friends and family?

Great question, and the answer is a little complex – our Timeline currently provides a foundation platform for on boarding our life-users, allowing you to start building your Timelines moments, which we appreciate will need time. Our sharing mode is currently being developed and needs to ensure it complies with our data safeguard commitments to our life-users. We expect this to be ready for release in mid-July 2018. We will provide updates in early July.

Does Life2B have a Help line or contact for Life-users?

If anyone needs assistance using or getting access or other, we have a Life2B ‘Get in touch’ page on our website (https://life2b.com/contact.php) for an questions, assistance or comments. Our commitment is that one of our Life2B Admins will reply to you within 24hrs or less.

What if I forget or misplace my access password – What do I do?

When access via password is lost, you can reset the password within the Life2B App via Login or Change Password access points.

Can I purchase a gift membership?

Post the free access, yes, there is a requirement to pay a monthly subscription fee of $2.49USD per person per month, or a yearly subscription payment of $29.88USD per person per year.

• Why? Life2B is committed keeping your account safe and secure, now, and beyond. Including continued innovation, updated features, and expanded Timeline functions.
• Once a life-user subscription converts to payment process, our selected ads will be reduced by 99%.
• If we find an offer that is appropriate or benefit to our life-users, this opportunity will be made available. At least one offering per month.

Options not to receive any ads, can occur of life-users (details on request).

Once I start, am I locked in until I die – and beyond?

No. anyone can cancel or remove the account at any time, or if you wish we can place your subscription on ‘standby’ for 12 months (allowing you to view, but not share or add content to, your timeline).

Do you use my data for advertising targeting?

No. Your personal Data and ‘Timeline’ information is not available for advertising services or third parties. Advertising services will support our business model, and we propose to promote exclusive services/products/offers that will benefit our life-users: Insurance, Travel, Super, Health, Lifestyle, etc – A unique advertising model opportunity is available.

Is your platform still private and confidential if you can look at my content and/or share it with a third party for targeting or any other purpose?

The Life2B platform is deliberately designed to remain private and confidential. Our admin team do not have access to your personal Timeline information – only data about how you use the app eg. data consumed, login times, etc. We will not share any information with third parties for targeting or any other purpose (refer to our privacy policy).
